Policies:

HOUSE RULES

-NO SMOKING: Smoking and illegal substances are not allowed on or in our facilities.
-LIMIT NOISE: Please be considerate of your neighbors and surroundings.
-AVOID DAMAGE: Please treat our belongings appropriately. We will charge for damage caused by your stay. Please refrain from eating in the bedrooms and rearranging the furniture.
-PETS MUST REMAIN ON LEASH: Pets are allowed on our grounds, however they must remain leashed at all times outside of the units. This includes the private yards and dog park. Any damage or injury caused by a pet(s) is the responsibility of the owner.
-NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS: Please refrain from allowing any unregistered guests from staying in our units. You are allowed to bring up to 4 guests to our community BBQ and fire pit.

CHECK OUT

-Please depart the accommodation by 10:00 am
-Place used linens and towels on the floor
-Leave dishwasher and fridge clean and empty
-Turn all lights off

CANCELLATION POLICIES

-48 HOUR NOTICE: Please give our facility at least 48 hour notice if you plan on canceling or rescheduling your stay. Failure to provide such notice may result in a loss of your deposit.
